What kind of products do you sell?

ZarrarMart has a strong portfolio of all kinds of a variety of products ranging from grocery, household supplies, fashion and personal care products, cosmetics, baby products and so much more. We are continuously increasing our product portfolio to get new products on our shelves. Please feel free to suggest any product that you want to see on ZarrarMart website. 

What about the products we want but can’t find on ZarrarMart website/application?

We are continuously increasing our product range. Simply suggest a product through the option of suggestions and we would try our best to add it to our product range. 

What areas do you deliver to? Are the rates the same?

How will I know if an item in my order is unavailable?

If you have placed an order for a product that is later unavailable, our customer service team will inform you about the situation. You can either decide to order an alternative or cancel the order. 

How can I make changes to my order before or after confirmation?

You will be able to change/edit your order till the time your order is confirmed by our customer service team. You can also edit your order from my orders option. By clicking on edit button you can add/less your products. Once the order is confirmed, the order will be dispatched and no changes can be made to the order. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How do I pay for my order?

You have the option to pay cash at time of delivery, as we want you to be satisfied with the delivered products before you empty your pockets.

How do I use my discount code/coupon?

At the time of checkout, simply type in your coupon code in the space provided. Your bill will be automatically adjusted according to the discount you get through your coupon. Please note that if you use your coupon, no other discounts will be applicable. At one point in time you will be able to use only one promotional discount scheme.
